How We May Handle Fraudulent Activity

We take fraud very seriously. Online theft can be equivalent to shoplifting. Upon checkout, we gather customer log in details such as name, email and address as well as computer or device information such as: computer I.P. address location, Internet Service Provider (ISP), browser type, computer hardware identification, etc.

Fraudulent credit card charge-backs and disputes cases may be reported to collection agencies and/or to local law enforcement agencies for identity theft and/or larceny. 

Note: For some large and/or suspicious orders we may require a valid passport or state issued photo identification with signature from the postal service upon delivery.
