PRIVACY: RingBlingers.com respects and protects your privacy. We will never sell, share, distribute, rent or trade your information without your knowledge or consent. The information our site is compiled through aggregated tracking (example: logged date/time of visits, I.P. location, etc.) which is information calculated by counting page views throughout our site using Google Analytics and social media platforms. We may use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about special offers or account changes. If you prefer not receive this information, please send us an e-mail to us using our contact form or reply with 'unsubscribe' as the subject line. You may also opt-out of Google cookies by visiting to: www.google.com/settings/ads. In the event of fraud or illegal activity, we may be required by law to disclose pertinent information to law enforcement agencies, or credit card companies resolving fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to cancel any orders flagged by our credit card processor for possible fraud or mismatched billing or incomplete address, etc.
PAYMENT METHODS: We accept PayPal, VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express Cards.
RETURNS: We have a 60 day return policy that starts the date you receive your package. If it's damaged, defective or sent in error, send it back and we will reimburse for USPS first class shipping upon receipt of the item back to us (see "Return Form" page). NOTE: There is NO restocking fee on store credit or exchanges; however, there is a 20% restocking fee (deducted on refunds only) for returned items that are not sent in error or non-defective (along with non-refundable shipping costs). Please measure your finger size by visiting our ring sizer page. Sorry, refunds are not offered for online gift certificates purchased from our store.
STORE CREDIT: If you send back an item and request "store credit", your credit will be added to your store account under the same email address you used to make your purchase. We will email you with a notification to log in once it has been issued. If you did not create an account, simply click "forgot password" on the account login page to auto-create an account for your existing email address on file. Once you are logged in, please go to "My Account" then click "Store Credit" section for more details. To use store credit, log into your account before or during checkout. You will also see your available store credit display above the payment section during the final checkout process.

EXCHANGING OF RING SIZES: Please note that half sizes are only very slight in difference. If the ring is just "slightly" tight or "slightly" loose or "slightly uncomfortable", then a half size may be suggested. If the ring is too small to fit properly, or too big to stay in place, then one or more full sizes is suggested. ONE YEAR WARRANTY: Most of our jewelry includes a one year guarantee, all items that have a warranty will have the notation "One Year Warranty" displayed on the product details page. This warranty guarantee covers a free same size and style replacement of your item within 365 days of purchase. If your purchased item has been chipped, broken, etc., we will replace your item at no extra charge to you as long as the defective item is returned to us within one (1) year of the date of delivery. (Please note: The warranty does not cover size changes, lost items or damage due to resizing, alterations and/or stains caused by customer). Under the one year warranty, customers are responsible for all postage charges when they are returning the item back to us. We will however ship the exchange back to you free of charge via standard mail.
NO CERTIFICATES: Please note our jewelry DOES NOT include certificates. This would increase the cost of store items.
PROCESSING: Order processing may take 2-5 days (before we ship an item). Many items are shipped within 48 hours (during normal business days) unless otherwise displayed. Our order status shipments have tracking details that will be emailed to you. We ship (6) six days per week (excluding Sundays and holidays).
TRACKING: Once we ship an order, customers will receive an email with tracking information. If you created an account, you may also login to view your order and tracking details.
PROMOTIONAL COUPONS: Some promotional codes have a one time use limit or a minimum required; for these types of promotions, you will be required to register or login to use that particular limited offer coupon. If your coupon did not work, then the coupon may be expired, mistyped or it did not meet the requirements. Please note: Multiple coupon codes cannot be used at the same time. If you attempt to enter more than one code at a time, only the last entered code will be activated. Please be advised that we do not offer refunds, cash back for unused or expired promotional codes.
NO INVOICE PRICES: Due to countless requests for gift shipments, we never display any prices on our invoices (although, we are required to put a minimum value on export documents for shipments outside the United States).
DOMESTIC SHIPPING - UNITED STATES: All standard mail shipments may take approximately 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and Holidays). Expedited option takes approximately 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and Holidays). Our shipments may require a signature upon delivery. We ship items in a heavy-duty, poly-mailer or box.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- CANADA: All Canada standard mail shipments may take approximately 2-3 weeks (excluding weekends and Holidays). Expedited Mail option takes approximately 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and Holidays). Our shipments may require a signature upon delivery. We ship items in a heavy-duty, poly-mailer or box with minimal content details on the customs forms). INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE CANADA & USA): International shipments outside of the United States sent using standard speed may take approximately 2-6 weeks depending upon your location. International expedited mail is approximately 10-15 business days excluding weekends and Holidays. We ship items in a heavy-duty, poly-mailer or box with minimal content details on the customs forms). Please note, for international orders we are required to put a minimum value on the export documents. You are responsible for all export taxes (if applicable in your country).

PROCESSING TIME: Wholesale order processing generally takes 3-7 days (before shipment). If we are out of stock or on back order, we will either refund the out of stock items and/or contact you. Please ensure your email and phone number are correct upon checkout. We ship Monday - Saturday. Most items are shipped within 24 - 48 hours (business days) unless otherwise noted, after payment has been cleared. All packages have tracking unless otherwise noted.
INVOICES: Due to a high volume of drop shipments, we never show any prices on our invoices (we only show product SKU numbers and descriptions). So, feel free to use our drop shipping service. For more information, search for "drop ship" on our store front. IMPORTANT: Please note, for international orders we are required to put a minimum value on the export documents. You are soley responsible for all export taxes (if applicable in your country or region).
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS - USA: If you live inside of the United States, all standard mail shipments may take approximately 5-7 business days (excluding weekends) after the processing time. Priority Mail option takes approximately 3-5 business days, and the Express mail Service takes approximately 2-3 business days (excluding Sundays and Holidays) after the processing time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: International shipments outside of the USA sent via standard mail option take approximately 2-5 weeks (depending upon your location) after the processing time. International Priority mail is 6-10 business days excluding weekends and holidays (which we recommend), Express mail takes approximately 3-5 days (excluding weekends and Holidays) after the processing time.
RETURNS: We have a flexible 30-day return policy that starts the day you receive your item in the mail. Kindly contact us within 14 days (prior to sending back your item). Please visit on our full website (non-mobile) and click "Returns and Exchanges" to start your return process. You will be able to choose your return reasons and print out your specified Return Authorization Form (which should be filled out using blue or black ink pen). Please note that returned items that are not sent in error or non-defective may incur a 15-20% restocking fee (deducted on refunds only - unless we issue a store credit) and non-refundable shipping costs. Please be advised that refunds are NOT available for e-Gift cards, opened DVDs, or personal items such as body jewelry (i.e. earrings, navel rings) pill bottles or undergarments due to federal health regulations unless they are damaged, defective or sent in error.
